A little about me…
I have always worked in the service and hospitality industry which led me to catering operations and restaurant management. In my experience as a catering lead, I had to learn how to navigate tough situations (like a pandemic) and help the team stay on track for growth and improvement. I am a firm believer in consistency and implementing systems to do jobs more efficiently. I have wanted to be an event planner for as long as I can remember, and finding my niche in the wedding world is exactly where I belong. There is a lot of pressure and importance on each client’s day and I love that my role is impactful. With a love for hosting, I enjoy that I get to take care of guests through my job and in my personal life.
Being the conductor and running the show is my favorite. Weddings are like show business and the pressure that we only have one chance to get it right fuels my passion.
I draw inspiration from my leading ladies and my clients. They brainstorm and I execute. My favorite type of weddings are ones that start with a blank slate. Seeing a client’s vision come to life, which may not sound easy to execute originally, is exciting.
I am now a Certified Wedding Planner through The Certified Wedding Planner Society. I am creative with an attention to detail, very passionate, and dedicated to the guest experience. There’s simply nothing like the joy and magic that comes along with weddings and being part of such a special day. When I’m not at work, you can find me baking, cozied up on the couch with my cats, or exploring Bidwell Park.
